This sauce is so perfect on everything from enchiladas to even burgers and eggs. I even warmed some up for Thanksgiving dinner and took the credit. No regrets.
I’ve tried all three flavors, and all of them are amazing but this one is my favorite! The flavor is exactly what you want with a mole and I’m so glad I found Ya Oaxaca in my local market. I’ve been using it to make mole enchiladas, for the best easy weeknight meal. It’s special to be able to have this quality of a mole at home, it’s like something you’d typically only get at a restaurant (even then a restaurant might not be as good as Ya Oaxaca!)
Ok, the best mole is made from scratch over several days. Or if you are Mexican at your Madre's made from Abuela's secret recipe. But if you have neither the time nor the family recipe these Ya Oaxaca moles are great. Quick and easy they make pork chops or chicken into a special meal. I'm partial to the coloradito but all three are delicious. Thanks Susanna and company.
