Our Mission
At ¡Ya Oaxaca!, we aim to share the flavors of Oaxaca with the world through transforming traditional Mexican cuisine into an extraordinary at-home culinary experience. Our passion for authentic flavors, combined with a commitment to quality and convenience, led us to create a line of artisanal products that capture the essence of Oaxaca's rich gastronomic heritage.
Crafted with Tradition
Our products are a celebration of time-honored recipes handed down through generations. We meticulously select premium ingredients, from dried chilies to the heirloom corn and housemade chocolate, to ensure an authentic and mouth-watering experience with every jar.
Chef-Driven
Executive Chef Susana Trilling has over 35 years of experience spent perfecting these treasured recipes. She is a celebrated cookbook author, television host, and runs the Seasons of My Heart Cooking School in Oaxaca, which was named by Forbes as one of the top five culinary vacations in the world. Her love for the regional cuisine and culture is reflected in every jar.
Committed to Quality
We use only natural and non-GMO ingredients. All of our products are gluten-free and vegan, and don’t contain any artificial flavors or preservatives, ensuring a pure and natural taste that respects both your palate and your health.
Love for Local
We take pride in sourcing and producing in Oaxaca, Mexico. By supporting local farmers and makers, we ensure that our moles are not only delicious but also contribute to sustainable and responsible food production. More than just a job, we provide fair pay, safe working conditions, and professional development to our local operations team, ensuring ethical labor practices and opportunities for growth.
A Family Business
¡Ya Oaxaca! is founded and run by Susana and her three sons.
