Anything created by Chef Susana Trilling promises to be delicious but I was not prepared to taste such a depth of flavors and velvety texture lent by each of these three moles. It’s akin to tasting the culinary traditions of Oaxaca in every bite but with the convenience required by modern cooks. These remind me of eating in my abuela’s kitchen!

I have ordered the 3 pack sampler 3 times in 6 months! Each one of the variations has many uses and is authentic without all the work! I even put rojo mole in sweet potato chili!
